Sahara Development, Inc., Established in 2000, has specialized concrete and masonry.
Recent projects have included the Pedestrian Enhancements at San Xavier Mission del Bac where there were a variety of site constraints including cultural, archeological and historical building concerns.
Other concrete and masonry projects include Homewood Suites Hotel in Oro Valley, Cheesecake Factory at the Tucson Mall, St. Mary’s Medical Office Building, Hampton Inn, an addition to the Tucson Zoological office, the Golden Goose Thrift Store in Catalina, St David LDS Ward Chapel in St. David, several projects for local school districts, Rincon Ballet, several projects for Pima County including the award winning Green Valley Performing Arts Center, a parking structure for Mosaic Café.
We have built fire walls and elevator shafts for projects including Villa Hermosa a retirement community, 12’ tall masonry retaining walls for Desert Toyota Recently we have added painting. Recent projects include Safford Middle School and the Golden Goose thrift store.
